I fill my diaper bag daily with diapers and bottles. The babysitter takes what she needs from there.

I had a shelf in the closet that had packages of diapers lined up neatly. the kids' names were written clearly on the visible side of each package.

My daughter's class had a shoe holder hanging on the bathroom door with a pocket to hold a few diapers for each kid, and the rest of the sleeve and spare snacks were in their upper cubby. (Above where their backpacks went)

I have a dresser in playroom.
1 drawer for packages of wipes
1 drawer for extra Change of clothes
1 for snacks
I dint keep diapers in playgroup is too bulky. I ask parents to make sure there are 3 diapers everyday in bag

I used an over the door shoe rack ( the one with clear plastic pockets.) each pocket was for 1 kid with a label on it with the kids name. I kept their diapers and creams etc in there.
snack I took out of their briefcase each day.
and wipes I collected one package from each kid and used them for all until I was done and then I had each parent send in another one.
