I live in Israel.. I have gone from store to store to try and find something for shabbos, that is elegant, that I can wear to a wedding. NOTHING!! in size 3x. Its demeaning and debilitating.
The worst thing about being fat...is that there is no decent clothes to buy!

Order online.
I've tried to squeeze myself for years into what stores had to offer and as a result looked like an overstuffed sausage.
Finally I have taken to online ordering, Shein, Amazon etc. Whole new world.
Normally I would prefer to support local stores but they just have next to nothing that fits me.
Keep in mind that orders to Israel take 2 or 3 weeks to get here.

I'm sorry OP! I remember that feeling from when I lived in Israel. It's really difficult.
Maybe check Daniella Faye? Some of her stuff is available in plus sizes.

There is defiantly a plus size store on geula starts with a ch I think my mother in law always goes there when she comes to Israel, I can try to ask her.

Try out Daniella Faye! She goes until 3XL and her clothing is sized like non Jewish stuff.

Try Fancy in Geula for Shabbos and I just found some really nice weekday tops in Mekimi in the Ramot mall.

I don’t live in Israel but when I was shopping in Brooklyn I saw something that the store didn’t have my size left and they said it comes from israel.
The company is Bianco nero.
I’m not sure where they are located but they had very elegant clothing. (I was actually also looking for a nephews wedding at that time)
Eta: link to their instagram that says addresses I believe of their stores. They have fancy gowns, dresses…
