Hi,
Any leads to a good therapist for my 11 year old child with Anxiety?
As well as support group for myself?
This is so tough on her. We already tried energy healing and chiropractor, and play therapy.
What kind of therapy is best for this?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this😍

Would she be open to some self help? There's a great book for kids that you can get on Amazon, called "What to do when you worry too much".

I'm gonna check that out. But at this point she needs something stronger than that I think.

She has alot of tools that we give her. But we're not getting anywhere.
Her anxiety is strong, once she's there it wins her over..
She really is trying so hard. It's heartbreaking to see that she has all of this pressure going on inside her head. That's why I'm hoping to find a good therapist

Not what you’re looking for but supplements and homeopathy help dd with her anxiety so, so much.
