Which brand of vitamins are best for kids? They love gummies but are they actually doing anything for their health? One brand better than the other?

It's not about brand or even if it's chewable or gummy or pill or liquid. It's about the active ingredients, what forms they're in, and what additives and fillers are used. What vitamins are you wanting to give them

For vitamin c you want a whole food source as opposed to ascorbic acid. This is good, it's a powder https://www.perfectsupplements.....D_BwE

For zinc, picolinate is really the best form but it doest come in a chewable or gummy so if you dont want to be opening capsules this is a good Liquid Zinc https://www.iherb.com/pr/eidon.....D_BwE
