Directly from any sporting goods manufacturer? (Nike, Adidas, UnderArmour, Reebok, etc all offer their products online directly from the manufacturer)

Workout clothing is designed to be comfortable.
There are plenty of less expensive and very comfortable workout clothes. It helps to read reviews. Start browsing and you will see remarks if many customers think an item was particularly comfortable. Or google external sites for "most comfortable leggings" etc to get ideas.
