My grandfather bought my DC a toy kitchen. She was too young for it but she is really enjoying it now.
My brother and SIL bought us a few bracelets from etsy with a nice card:

My parents gave us money and we made our DC a bank account and just deposited her cheques there.
One cousin got a dress and cardigan from stella mccartney

Ty.
She’s my grand daughter. Should have mentioned it.
She has a 2 year older sis so all those large toys ie toy kitchen etc is not an idea.
She also has a bracelet.

Kids these days have a LOT of stuff lol.

I once got a personalized book for one of My own kids when they were 4 or 5 years old.
We’re talking about 100 years ago.
But that is a nice personalized present.

Idk….

In my circles the personalized pottery barn chair is very popular.

Agree with the tricycle, get a pretty wooden one. They make ones for kids starting at 1 year that my kids use up till 3 years old (but my kids are small).

A wooden doll stroller is also pretty and fun, especially if you get it with a doll to go inside! The cradle style is fancier if you want something special, also doubles as a push walker.

Does she have specific interests? Do her parents want anything for the kids room/play area?

Got one of these from a grandparent for my dc over ten years ago and my kids still use it! It wasn't personalized though. They told us to choose the color and style.

Love the chairs but out of My price range. Can’t justify paying over 200 dollars for a chair for a one year old. Live in Canada
& the dollar is about 1.4 right now.
