Hi

I'm debating how to prepare chuck eye roll.

Will it be good if I slice it and grill it? Or it's not the right cut for this. Anyone familiar please share your thoughts.

I don't think Chuck eye can be sliced raw. It will fall apart to pieces.

It's too tough for grilling. And it little pieces of meat packed and rolled together in a net, so cutting it raw before it bakes and merges together, will result in little pieces of stew meat.
