TIN/VAT number? How can I order from maclaren to the US?

Trying to get replacement parts for stroller and I don’t have a TIN/VAT number!
Any ideas of what I can do?

I’d ask a local baby store (who probably has an affiliation with McLaren) to somehow override it. Often they’ll help.
