Cover with ketchup mayo salt mix. Then corn flakes crumbs. Bake covered 50 minutes, uncover for additional 10.

Moroccan fish.

2-3 red peppers, sliced
Skinless tilapia
Oil
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt
Water
1-2 Sliced tomatoes
Paprika

Make layers of sliced peppers and fish. Sprinkle parsley on top. Spice with salt and pepper and lots of paprika. Top with sliced tomatoes. Drizzle with a lot of oil (maybe a third cup). Add water (maybe 1/2 -2/3 cups). Bring to a nice bubble and simmer for 20 minutes or so.
