For the past few years we have rented a villa in north Miami for pesach with the grandparents. We loved the house, with a pool- and cooked our own food (a bit of takeout but mostly all cooked).
This year, we are looking to see if there is an option in Miami or Orlando for “communal” food or a live in/ private chef.
My mother who usually cooks will be post surgery and I will have a four week old Iyh- and we need someone to help with the cooking/ cleaning.
We thought if meals are communal that could help - (but we still want the ease of our own villa, as opposed to a hotel program) or if there are people who come to your homes and cook. (Maybe an au pair?)
Or is this just a dream and really doesn’t exist?! 
Would love to hear any options or thoughts people have!! Thank you!!

I don’t know if there is anything communal or in house, but there are definitely caterers who make full meals.

A perfect pesach does villas and you pick up food from a communal area. Maybe on yom tov it's delivered. I'm not sure.

Kleins catering does this, I think they even come over Chol Hamoed to restock your pantry with more snacks etc
They try to give you the hotel food experience in your own home/villa
Tea room, gourmet chef, etc
