How long does it take to reheat food on sternos? Food from the fridge and foods that were just cooked -- room temp.

What kind of food?
Franks and blanks need less time - anything with sauce or liquid will go faster.

About 1 hour and 15 minutes. Make sure you refill the water in the full size pan after 2 hours otherwise the food and pans will burn.
