did you whisk the eggs oil etc for long by hand? like till foamy?
is the more you whisk it the fluffier?
how long did you bake it for?

the batter has these flour lumps in it and I dint want to over mix -(I dont think more mixing helps)
also - after baking alot of the batter sticks to the muffin case? abit wet too and I reduced water already.
am I doing something wrong?
