We have an upcoming trip, and I'm wondering if the airport is quieter than usual and we can get there later. I assume it must be since there's only Elal, but I'd love to hear confirmation from someone who has flown out within the past week or so, thanks!

My father left two weeks ago, and he said the airport was subdued but busy.
He had to get there earlier than normal, to allow time for extra security.

My son left 2 weeks ago and it wasn't so bad. All the stores were open in duty-free.

We went a week and half ago. The elal check in line was crazy but the other lines were very short. We got there 3 and a bit hours before and we got to our gate around 2 hours before the flight.

I didn't even realize there were other airlines flying! Sounds like 3 hours is more than enough, then.

3 hours may be enough, and it may be tight. There's no way to know.
