I'm scrolling through bunches of deals and STILL can't decide on a laptop! So hard to make a decision on something like this that you'll use every day and rely on heavily. I wanted to visit a best buy or something to at least feel out the screens in person but there was just no time, and it does look like black Friday this year has better prices than non black Friday sales. I'm wasting a ridiculous amount of time reading web reviews and am no closer to a decision. Maybe I should start a spin off. Maybe I already did and forgot where it was. I hate shopping. At wits end

So I'm a little wary of this one because the first laptop I tried in this saga was an HP from Costco and I hated the screen so I returned it. It checked most of my boxes in theory but the actual experience was way too disappointing for the high end of my budget, and a crisp screen is my one non negotiable.

The problem is Costco has its own configuration that you can't really look up anywhere else so I don't know if this has the same kind of screen. The laptop looks similar (the Costco one was 14")
