Looking for ideas for what to send with 18 mo old to babysitter for lunch and snack. Very picky eater and keeps changing tastes.

This. If he's so picky, probably 98% of what I suggest won't be relevant. Definitely worth working on expanding his repertoire, though not in school lunches obviously.

yogurt
cut up fruit that he likes
hard boiled or scrambled egg
cheese sticks (or slices if choking hazard)
deli/salami
pouches especially if you want him to eat more vegetables
Good luck, my son has always been a big eater but also gets sick of EVERYTHING. These are things that he's been pretty consistent with

Fish sticks
Rice cakes with p.b
Pizza
Cold cuts
Pancakes
French toast
Omelet
Chicken or shnitzel cut up on little pcs
Meatballs
Sandwich(tuna,p.b,cream cheese)
Grilled cheese (ask b.s to put it in microwave for 20 seconds before lunch)
Cut up grapes, clementines, blueberries ,strawberries ,apples,
Squeeze apple sauce, yogurt
Crackers
