was a soft opening so wasn't completely ready but was pretty expensive imo
The store looked beautiful!! The takeout is next level, they have pizza, ice cream, fleishig takeout, delicious bakery.

They are saying that the groceries will be the most competitive pricing in town. Wondering how that can be if everything about it is so upscale? Or perhaps I misunderstood...

Was kind of wondering how there would be enough parking for the whole food court plus grocery. Didn't look like they had a large parking lot.

As a Brooklyn shopper I can say that their prices are not competitive but they have great supermarket items and their catering is wonderful- delicious and displayed beautify (talking about their catering where they deliver for parties, don't know much about their takeout).

They said that they’d have the best prices in town , I’m surprised that they’re actually expensive. But I guess someone has to pay for that luxury store…

I didn't go, but understood from the video that the regular shelved groceries and dairy would be competitively priced. The rest of the store is probably expensive

As someone who lives in the neighborhood I'd love a store with shelved grocery items with good pricing just wondering how that goes in sync with a luxury upscale store in every other department. I guess time will tell

DH went. He didn’t check out pantry items but the chickens and meats were expensive compared to other stores

In Brooklyn they are definitely not competitive in pricing. Everything is expensive there, from potatoes to cheese to cereal to spices.

Maybe they meant by best prices is, the most expensive place in town.
That area in town needs a normal grocery store not an upscale store

The prices are comparable to gourmet glatt
Speciality items seem more expensive
They were claiming to be the cheapest place now they seem to be saying "competitive prices"

It's a marketing shtick, have great prices to get everyone to come into the store (even maybe lose $) and start shopping there, and after a few months or a year they will slowly raise and higher the prices
