I want to order something through Uber eats that I know for sure the store has but it's just not active in the app. Can I order a very similar item and specify in a note the variant I need and they will adjust the charge? Or do I have to wait for them to activate it and then order. They are not the same price, what I need is more expensive.

They sometimes have different menus. Like lunch menu, full menu. Check if that’s the case and switch it

And they told me what to put in my cart and they will adjust it to the correct item.

I did call and they said will add but it was taking too long couldn't wait (I understand it wasn't in the menu on the app at all they had to add it and its friday theyre very busy). I decided to try and not be upset if they send the item on the order.
Lmaseh I did get what I wanted.
