Hi, I see they are running a promotion for chanuka. Does anyone have one of the two newer radios and can tell us about them? Are they better quality then the original naki radios? Is one better then the other? One is $18/month and one is $22/month. Curious if one is better quality and more durable then the other?
Thanks!

What do you mean? The part that plugs into the wall?
Was it a piece that is easily replaceable?
Thanks

no, by messing around with the plug they stretched out the opening where the cord goes into the radio.
the old one is just a plain circle

Reach out to them. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I am following this discussion too. I am also curious bec they have told me that the cheaper one (solo) is portable with AA batteries while the other version, the more expensive one is not.

We bought the cheapest one on the website (not the premium) for chanukah for my kids. They absolutely love it. We only have it a few days, so I can't say anything long term.

We had a Naki radio, it starting falling apart after a few weeks and was very difficult for my kids (7 and 5) to navigate.

I signed up for 24Six and my kids LOVE it. Downloaded on my iPad, they can choose easily music and stories (and videos when I allow it).

Highly recommend.

We bought a naki in 2019 and it's been holding up very nicely. We keep it plugged in one spot and have had no issues. My kids basically only listen to music channels. I would not pay a subscription since I already have a subscription to Amazon music and use that a ton with our echo.
