Sorry did I misunderstand? I thought you were asking how many sets as in how many places you have enough for.

How about for weekday?

We have one complete set and two partial sets of dishes for shabbos.
We have two sets for weekday, but the fleishig set is bigger.
We have 2 full sets of shabbos silverware plus a few settings from another one.
We have two weekday sets, plus a small parve one.
We don’t use stem glasses for shabbos, we use just regular glasses. We have about 40-45 glasses.

2 of each.
1 for milchig 1 for fleishig.
Stemware only 1. It's glass so it can go for both.
I had more but I gave it all away.
We live in a small house. Storage space is too valuable for extra stuff we don't use often.
And fwiw, I've got 2 immersion blenders. They AREA incredibly useful! 😁

Oh, I see pesach us included.
So 1 immersion blender for pesach. LOL
Flatware for fleishig. We buy fancy disposable dishes for pesach.
We have a few single pieces of dinnerware for cooking or whatever.
We had a China set we got gifted. 2 pcs (cups) discolored then broke after the first year and I absolutely hated it. Also, it's only a set for 4 and we already are a family I'd 6 kyh.
We'd take it out every year, wash it and then not use it only to wash it again and put it back..... So finally last year we decided to give it away and we didn't take it down But I think it's still in our attick... any takers?

And 1 set of stemware
