Places to stay near LINK Kollel (Los Angeles, CA)

Can anyone tell me if there are any motels/hotels/airbnbs/b and b's (you get the idea) walking distance to the LINK Kollel? The only thing I've found online is the Carlyle Inn, which is pretty nearby, but ideally I'd like to find something more reasonable.

This would be for an older couple, so something that has a ton of stairs wouldn't work. Open to just about anything else reasonable and clean Smile

If you don’t mind a 20 minute easy walk then the Residence Inn on S Beverly is your best bet

Carlyle inn is by far the closest hotel or motel. There rest are near residence inn said. Quite a walk and I doubt cheaper.
