I am co-hosting an engagement party for my daughter and future son in law at the boy's home. His mom is a very skilled chef. She wants to do the majority of the preparations herself. I am doing some as well and we are buying some food from a restaurant. For the desserts it is so far planned to only be homemade. She is making a variety of cookies, brownies and mousse in individual cups. I am making cheesecake (cut in individual servings) and fruit cups. I feel we should have something bought in case anyone does not feel comfortable eating from our kitchens. Any ideas of what to add to the dessert menu?
