I have this for the past few weeks. I can enter the site but it wouldn’t load any products. I tried from multiple devices and the same thing happened. I’m wondering if their site is having issues or they just hate me?

OMG me too! I thought it was my filter since I don't have that issue on my work computer.
Sometimes the site will work for a few minutes and then start not loading products.

Are you using chrome? Target doesn’t work too well on other browsers besides chrome

I use chrome. It refuses to load and it's driving me nuts. I'll try another browser. I guess it does hate me. I was hoping our friendship was mutual.
