Anyone have some advice? Paying high interest and wondering if there is some kind of gemach I can reach out to to help me avoid that while I get some more cash available

Balance transfer to a credit card that offers 0% apr for 18 months. Hopefully you can work out a payment plan to pay it up by then.

Call the credit card company to request a lower interest rate for starters.

Good idea. Don’t have that option now, though.
