Are you on birth control?

Are you exercising? Could it be a thyroid issue? Hormonal imbalance?

Also if you are drinking a ton of water that can cause temporary weight gain

Today I ate:
Breakfast: A yobar with coffee

Lunch: 2 mini (the really tiny) baguettes with cream cheese, alfalfa and a slice american cheese. Another coffee.

Supper: some chulent, one slice kishke, raw green beans.

Walked 1.7 miles in under 30 mins. What else should I be doing??

If you have pcos you likely have insulin resistance. And cortisol issues. Both of which contribute to weight gain.

I found that when I wasn’t eating enough calories I wasn’t losing weight.

I hate to suggest calorie counting, bc I know that can bc restrictive etc… but it helped me a lot. Knowing the range of calories I was supposed to be eating each day (including the calories burned while working out) made a difference.

I did noom and learned a lot from it.
Weight watchers is probably the same idea.

Good luck… I’m in the same boat as you and incredibly frustrating

I hate the idea but maybe.. I don’t want to pay a lot though, I did think about Noom in the past. Also each day looks different some days I eat a lot more than others, if I’m craving or just very hungry.
