What can I make with ground dark chicken?

Hi,
I'm looking for a new recipe with dark ground chicken. I prefer something easy that doesn't require individual balling etc. (chicken patties and meatballs are somewhat time-consuming) Is there a 9x13 recipe or a betty crocker recipe I could make that would be easier? What is Shepherds Pie? Can I make that using ground dark chicken? Anyone have a recipe? Thanks a lot!
