Realtors: Is business picking up now that interest rates went down?

There are some areas (in Jackson) that had bidding wars, one year ago, and then when rates went up to 8%, they had an excess of houses.

There were sellers who couldnt get asking price lately and either took a price cut or took their houses off the market.

Whats happening now that rates went down?
