Wilton Chocolate Pro sprayed chocolate all over walls and f

I bought a Wilton Chocolate Pro last year and I used it once and it worked very well. No issues.

This year I used it again and it was working fine for about 20 minutes, and then all of a sudden with no one being anywhere near it, it started to spray chocolate all over people sitting and standing in the general area, on the walls and on the floor. Everyone in the room got dirty and ran for cover, until someone brave pulled the piug (and got filthy).

It seems that one part must have gotten loose (ON ITS OWN!!!!!, there was no one nearby, and it was working fine for 10 minutes before) and made the fountain spray all around horizontally, outward with tremendous force, rather than down.

It made lots of damage.

You had to see it to believe it.

All I have is one photo of chocolate on the wall because we didnt think to take pictures for evidence.

How do I address this with the company?
