Would anyone like to join me?
I’m middle aged and 30 pounds overweight.High blood pressure and lipids too.

Taking this weight loss journey slowly

trying to slow down and eat in a mindful way.

I am so unmotivated. I am about 25 lbs overweight and skirts getting a drop tight in the waist.

Would you work with a dietician?

I'd also recommend you stock your home with (heart) healthy food, like vegetable soups, etc

I actually know a lot about nutrition, just never applied the principles to myself!

This is really an emotional process for me!
I need support because I know this is going to be challenging.
I use food for comfort and I need to break the cycle.
Yes, I agree about adding vegetables and soups to my diet. Going to be shopping soon.
