DD just showed me she has lot of white hairs! She’s only 18. The reason I never noticed is because she has light hair so it blends in but if she would be dark haired we would for sure have to dye it. Why is this happening and any method to naturally prevent or reverse this?

I had it, it’s genetic and also not a big deal (or wasn’t for me personally). I dyed my hair (at my mother’s insistence) starting at around age 21 until I got married. I’m in my thirties now and it’s almost totally white and I love it (not that anyone really sees it)

I had some white strands since my early teens. Never thought much of it. I'm in 30's and don't have much white hair bh.
