Any ideas of how to utilize my long flight to Israel with something productive, or time consuming that in my busy mom life schedule I would have less time to squeeze in?
Any ideas welcome!

If you can't sleep make a supper menu for the next month including a shopping list.

How I wish, I have major flying anxiety, sleep is unattainable for me unfortunately
I always wonder if I’m the only scared one, supposedly it’s such a common fear, but usually everyone looks super chill

Are you flying by yourself? Because if you’re with kids, you won’t really have time to get anything done…
The photos and menu planning sound like great ideas.
Take a good book or watch something to relax.
My husband often takes his laptop thinking he’s going to get work done, but 95% of the time he doesn’t get much done.
It’s just not an environment conducive to work.
It’s a long flight, you might surprise yourself and fall asleep.

If you are travelling without children, do yourself a big favor and ask your Dr. for a prescription for Xanax for the flights. I am not a nervous flyer, but I find long flights very difficult in economy and a sleeping pill makes it worse because I still can't sleep even with Ambien. Xanax made me feel so relaxed I actually did fall asleep and when I woke up I was not groggy or in a low mood which usually happens with a sleeping pill.
