Thanks ill check out app! Gastro just tells u to go off all sensitive foods and slowly reintroduce... Too hard at this stage of my life. Im wondering can it be the combination pill thats causing it?

Yes, I had this experience. I was having stomach issues for months. Went to a GI who was super unhelpful. He diagnosed lactose intolerance even though it didn’t really fit with my diet. I asked him if it could be due to my combo pill. He noncommittally said it’s possible. Eventually when I went off the pill, it went away. During that time, I did find that probiotics helped somewhat.

Age plays a factor here-how old are you? Being bloated all the time can be a sign of something more serious (more so if you’re in your 40-50). Please see a gastroenterologist just to be safe.

Young 25-30. Only started after marriage so makes me wonder if pregnancies leave you more sensitive, if its the bc, or something else

Check for SIBO. You need to go to a gastro. Good luck.

It’s not out. I would guess it’s most likely SIBO but don’t trust me go to the doctor.

I would start with using digestive enzymes and see if that helps. They help me a lot
