Thanks… I hope I find the recipe before. If not, maybe I’ll make it tomorrow.

Ok, I’ll check in later to see if you got it already.

Easy Sweet Breaded Nuggets
4 chicken cutlets, cut into nuggets- sized pieces
1 cup breadcrumbs
A sprinkling of salt, garlic powder, and paprika
½ cup oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1. Place the breadcrumbs and seasonings (salt, garlic powder, paprika) in a foil pan. Mix.
2. Add in the oil and brown sugar and mix.
3. Add in the nuggets and toss to coat.
4. Without adding any additional oil, "fry" the nuggets in a Betty Crocker or frying pan for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.

I posed the second picture first but I don’t know why it’s coming up second. I tried a few times to change it.

Come back to post how it was, if possible. Looks really simple. Works for my lifestyle.

Sure! I’m not going to make it in the Betty Crocker so hopefully it will still come out good.

I took a pic on my phone using Google lens and then copy pasted the text here. I didn't manually type it

I often do that without the sugar, just make my usual crumbs mix with spices, add oil and add chicken pieces. I think there's a recipe with specific quantities in dinner done also.
It's quite good!! Probably 80% as good as real shnitzel. And about 80 times faster!!

How would this taste with cornflake crumbs instead of bread crumbs
