Hi all!

We would like to go to arizona at the end of February, couple no kids.
Anyone have an itinerary of what they did? We would love to do Sedona and the grand canyon if possible. Trying to figure out how break up the drive in the best way.
Is there an airport near the grand canyon that we can fly home from?

TIA

The nearest airport is probably Las Vegas.

I flew and out of Phoenix.
Did this alone when I was single, years ago.
Land in Phoenix, stayed in airport hotel one night. Drove to Sedona. Pink Jeep tour, afternoon at a spa. Stayed overnight in hotel in Sedona. Hiking in the morning and then drove to Grand Canyon.
Stayed at a hotel near the canyon. There's a hop on hop off bus that goes around the rim which I did.
Imax at night.
Next morning went back to canyon for sunrise.
Drove to Phoenix, stayed with a friend there for a couple more days.

I know people continue on from the canyon to Vegas and fly home from there.

We did this a few years ago. We flew into Phoenix, rented a car, and drove straight to Sedona. We got there with enough time to check into our hotel and take an afternoon jeep ride to see the scenery. The next day we drove to the Grand Canyon, with some stops on the way. We spent the night in Sedona again and then drove back to Phoenix the following day. There's plenty to do in the Phoenix/Scarsdale area and kosher food available. We also spent a couple of days in Tucson.

Ah, for Sedona, yes, Phoenix is closer.

We had travelled to the Hoover Dam, then the Grand Canyon, and then Sedona, so we flew into Vegas and out of Phoenix.

landed in phoenix, drove 4 hrs to grand canyon. spent 1.5 days in grand canyon, then drove to Sedona. (abt 2 hrs) Stayed in a stunning Hilton Sedona Resort at bell rock. we did the Pink jeep tour (bone arrow is the least scary there's video online), and some of the gorg trails (the hotel we stayed in had a concierge that gave us a pamphlet of all the trails in the area) We did the yavapai vista trail. All these trails were within 10-15 min of the hotel. I remember parking by the entry points was an issue, we had to circle around a bit. we headed from Sedona to phoenix day of our flight - another 2 hr drive approx, and there's a kosher supermarket 20 min from airport, I think called Empire that was well stocked with everything we needed for our trip home.
