I live out of town and I am trying to find cannoli shells for a simcha online.
I see something that looks like this?
I feel like I remember the ones in the jewish stores being totally cylindrical and not shaped this way.
This also looks more savory than sweet
Am I looking for the wrong thing?

This looks like a fried wrap/tortilla.

The Jewish stores sell these
https://breadberry.com/brooklyn/#!/hb/m/000000/r/90566/he/

*I see the hyperlink is broken, but copy the whole link (whether blue or black letters), paste into a browser, and the Paskesz cannoli shells will come up).

Isn't paskez cannoli shell basically a large wafer roll?

Exactly, the ones OP showed are the type I see on the non Jewish baking shows.

That looks like an authentic cannoli like you would get in an Italian bakery/restaurant. The outside is not sweet but the filling is.

The first picture are cannoli shells. They are relatively thick - fried - and traditionally contain a sweet cream filling

Here are kosher miniature ones. I found them because I found a recipe for a savory lox mousse filling

The paskez ones are at risk of cracking when shipped as they are fragile
