Poconos question | Imamother

I want to go to the Poconos next Sunday, 1/28. We're 7 people kh, and the kids range in age from 9-21, so its hard to squeeze into 1 room (with one bathroom) and to get a suite is very expensive. I found a Comfort inn in the area and booked 3 rooms for $407 total. Does it make sense to stay there, and just go back and forth between one of the 3 resorts ( kahlari, great wolf, or cameback?) meaning we would use the water park or snow tubing there, but not stay there?

Prices might have gone up now but you can usually get a suite for way cheaper than 400. If u stay by the resort certain things are free. Like the water park

are you able to send a link, as from what I see, most just have 2 double beds and a pull out couch
