rice kugel. stuffing for a whole chicken or under the skin of chicken pieces. add vegetables for rice pilaf. rice salad if you like it cold.
I keep cooked rice in the freezer so I can grab a portion quickly.

Saute onions, scallions, garlic, add cooked rice and frozen veggies, soy sauce and sesame oil, salt and pepper.
