Didn’t eat yet. But lunch will be homemade (kind of) strawberry yogurt. It’s yum.
Greek plain yogurt
Sour cream
Strawberries
Any sweetener, I like to use Splenda

Imo? The best tip is to start early and go slow
It is good for your mental health too lol
Make it and activity whenever youre in the mood or bored, that way it doesn't become a dreaded chore
Also, loud music on, always!

I got married at 19 too. Modern orthodox. You don't have to be chasidish to get married young 😉
