Baby barely sleeps at babysitter every day

My baby is 10 months, since she started at the babysitter a month ago, she barely naps there. At home she naps fine. In general she has a hard time napping anywhere but her own bed (e.g., relatives houses, away for shabbos, day visit to grandparents, etc). We have tried with sleep sacks from home tgat smell like me, we have tried sheets from home. She is too little for a lovey (according to safe sleep recommendations), nor is she interested in one.

Babysitter has tried sowm light in the room, darkening the room, door open, door closed, going in when she cries, not going in when she cries. It js pretty quiet there during nap time.

She just wakes up over and over during the naps and cries or sometimes just babbles and refuses to sleep more. At home she is an amazing napper. But around dinner time now she gets so grumpy and clingy because she is exhausted. We have tried putting her tk be earlier or later for the night to see if that helps but no difference.

She is otherwise happy at the babysitter.

We are at our wits end, ideas welcome.
