All proper craniosacral therapists will work with trauma. The point is to release traumas and help the body operate better on all.levels, physical spiritual, emotional and mental. A good therapist will not be invasive but will listen and respect the messages the body sends and what traumas it is ready to release at the time.

So to deal with a permanent state of fight and flight, how many sessions do you think it would take? Is there any energy healing involved in cranial?

Noone can know in advance. If someone tells you a number, run the other way. Depends on so many factors.
