Make a parve custard in a small tart shell with fruit on top. If you keep it in the fridge and then take it out for the sheva brachos it should be fine to sit on the counter for a couple of hours. It can look really classy and beautiful individually plated

Death by chocolate:
Drizzle chocolate sauce on plate (can also use fruit or white chocolate sauce for contrast), top with small brownie cut into triangles (one up, one down). Add in a piece of chocolate bark, chocolate dipped berries or dried apricot (for color), top with a chocolate cookie laid across brownie or propped up next to brownie triangle. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with mint leaf.
Mazal tov!
