My 8 year old son is complaining that his stomach hurts in school. I’m assuming it’s an anxiety issue because it only seems to happen in school. I’m trying to find a therapist but meanwhile, does anyone have any tips? He’s been crying and saying he can’t go to school because of it. There isn’t anything in particular about school that he doesn’t like, he just says that be hates going to school in general.

You can try “what to do when you worry too much” workbook. You can buy it on Amazon. It’s not a quick fix bec you do a page a day and it takes around a month to finish…
