My baby is 6 weeks plus I had the last 2 babies 19 months apart. I didn’t loose any weight in between and I’m miserable with my body weight..
please help me with practical ideas how to loose weight. I’m nursing her exclusively besides 2/3 bottles a week, just so I should be able to leave her or when it gets busy at home.
So I need to eat enough calories but I need healthy option suggestions.
I’m a busy mother of 8 so the more practical the better.

First make a salad
Then add everything else you want to the meal.
If you make/eat in that order, you should be able to be healthy and do well.
