Hi,
I noticed on the klbd website that most baby formula is chalav akum (besides kendamil from the kosher shops)
Is there any other options? Just looking for reg formula, no special dietary requirements

Whilst I don’t eat chalav akum, I gave all my babies cow and gate.
Kendamil was new for the younger ones and I still used cow and gate. It’s very common to use even amongst the very frum and Yeshivish. I am neither extremely frum nor yeshivish, just regular frum but just saying all types use it.
Materna used to give a lot of babies stomach aches and I couldn’t do that to my children. BH they were all very happy with cow and gate.

I asked my Rov and was told to use non CY.
My feelings is that a formula that is used in your country by many more babies will be safer - if there is a problem it will be picked up quicker.
