We just moved her into his room. He is a terrible sleeper, up multiple times a night. By 5 am he was up for good and so was she.
How can I get him to not wake her?

Can he go to the kitchen or living room and play there
At 6 he is old enough to understand this

No. He is scared by himself. So it’s either my room or his room with her. (Before she was in his room he wouldn’t stay in there alone)

Can you give him a pile of books to look at quietly in his bed? What’s he doing that wakes her up?

Not on purpose. But just moving around makes noise

If he turns on a light it would wake her up
