Who is "they"?
In Israel stores are only just starting to bring out Purim stuff but I'd expect an abundance of IDF costumes in every store in Israel.

Children dress up in Tzahal uniforms for Purim every year. This year I'd expect it to be more, not less.

Red pirate has an excellent selection of costumes every year.

Max just started putting out costumes a week ago, I'd be surprised if they're already sold out.

Red pirate was good this year. The prices are outrageous, of course.

Warning: max stock in our area was carrying a uniform that was green in the picture, but grey in reality. Buyer beware

Just find generic soldier costumes and cover any US symbols with Israeli flag badges.

Wear boots.

Get a toy machine gun.

Add beret or kova timbel.

Wave an Israeli flag and write Am Yisrael Chai on it in Hebrew.

In israel every toy store has brought out the costumes, including israeli soliders. Kfar Shashuim, Red Pirate, ToysR US , Bambino and you can order online

In the US - I am sure the frum costume stores will have more ptions, but there is this on amazon

Isn't mishmar hagvul grey? Or is it Yasam that are grey
If its cheap, it could be worth buying and then making adding some mishmar hagvul patches from ali (there still is enough time for them to come)

I saw them at Max Stock last week in RBS and went back a few days later and missed them they were all gone. red Pirate is out of budget but they didn’t have any when I looked anyway.
If anyone has seen in Jlem, RBS or Modiin this week I’d be happy for insider info!
