If it is attached to the electric component of the blender, ask your rabbi.
If it’s separated, then the metal blade needs to be dipped with a Bracha. If the container part is glass, dip as well. If it’s plastic, no need to dip.
( I hold glass gets dipped without a Bracha so dip the metal first and then the glass). Hope this helps.
