My 8 month old is very small.
Any suggestions if good high fat food to feed her?
Preferably things she can do herself - we’re doing baby led weaning

I appreciate the responses in this thread. I too have an 8 month old baby and wasn't aware they are allowed to eat everything yet. Dairy and solid foods... I'll start introducing more.

Peanut butter by itself (like a spoonful) is I think a choking hazard at that age because it can get stuck to the roof of their mouth, but you can spread it thinly on a rice cake or cracker and baby can suck it off. My kids always loved it at that age. Works for any nut butter.
You can also make peanut butter pancakes.

Sweet potato or winter squashes are delicious when roasted with a little cinnamon & coconut oil
