I wish I could attach picture. Basically it’s sort of a skirt with suspenders attached. It’s denim.
For size 2T, what do I put under it? (My maximum is $8)

Ooh I meant as a shirt (she wears underwear so no need for something underneath- except biker shorts if I do that)

Usually a white tee. Depending on the style, you can do a tee with little hearts or cherries. Check lil legs website for ideas.
