Do I buy instapot. I want to make yogurt. But have dairy allergy. So was planning to use cashew or almond. If anyone can help me. And guide me in yogurt making. Which probiotic brand to buy. Please help me.

I use Euro Cuisine RI1020 All Natural... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G.....share - it might be cheaper elsewhere now with Mueller Yogurt Maker, Greek... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Q.....share . Just mix soy milk and culture and pour it out and leave it 24 hours. I've only had success with soy dream milk- I think you need higher protein and fat milks - I've heard cashew is better than almond

I don't think you need an instapot- I think you can do it in the oven in a regular pot.
