is it normal that only top and bottom teeth have fallen out?
took quite long for adult to grow in.
no sign of others falling out.

Yes it’s normal. Especially if they got baby teeth late. Oh come always run it by the dentist

My kids teeth fall out late too. It's fine. So did mine.

My 8.5 year old had 5 teeth fall out about when she turned 7 and nothing since then. I asked the dentist, he just said be happy cuz the longer they stay in, the better!
